What this site collects, and why.

Who we are

Mindful Solutions LLC, a software company in Alpharetta, Georgia. Questions about anything on this page go to hello@mindfulsolutions.io.

Our products have their own policies: clock out and Subs. Dashboards we build for a client handle that client's data under our agreement with them.

The demo form

When you ask for a demo we get what you type: your name, your business, your work email, your phone if you give it, how many locations you have, the systems you use and anything you write in the notes box.

We also keep a few things that come with the request: the campaign tags in the link you arrived on (for example utm_source, or gclid from a Google ad), the country your request came from and your browser's name and version.

The request is stored in a database on Cloudflare and emailed to us. We use it to reply and set up your demo. We don't add you to a newsletter, and we don't sell or share your details.

Booking a call

"Pick a time with John" opens a Google Calendar booking page. What you enter there goes to Google Calendar and to us, and Google's privacy policy applies to that page.

Google Ads measurement

Every page loads Google's tag for Google Ads. It tells us which ads bring visitors and demo requests. Google may set cookies and see your IP address, the pages you visit and the ad you clicked. Google handles this under its privacy policy. You can turn off personalised ads at adssettings.google.com, or block the tag with your browser's tracking protection.

Hosting and fonts

The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes every request (including your IP address) to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. The text fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google's servers for them.

Who else sees it

Only the services named above: Cloudflare (hosting, the form database, the notification email) and Google (the ads tag, fonts and calendar booking). Nobody buys data from us.

Your choices

Email hello@mindfulsolutions.io to see what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. We'll reply within one business day.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for children and we don't knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If we change what we collect, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
